Frequently asked questions (FAQ) for Axure libraries, templates and product downloads for AxureThemes.

1. Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you are unhappy with a product you can email me at info@axurethemes.com and I will refund your purchase. The one exception is The Everything Bundle which isn't a product, but rather a collection of all of my products. I hope it's understandable that I would not be okay with someone having access to 40+ products at no cost.

2. If I buy The Everything Bundle can I get a refund on my past purchases?

Yes, absolutely.  If you purchase a single product (or multiple products) and decide to upgrade to The Everything Bundle, I will refund all prior purchases.

3. What version of Axure do I need?

All products are compatible with Axure 9.  Some products still have compatibility with Axure 8 though and will be noted on the product listing page. For best results, use Axure 9.  (Note: if you need an outdated version of one of the libraries, feel free to email me and I'll see what I can do.)

4. How do I get a receipt?

If you need a receipt you can email me at info@axurethemes.com and I will send a PDF receipt to the email address used to make the purchase.

5. I'm having issues getting one of your products to work, what do I do?

I'm usually pretty good at troubleshooting issues. Shoot me an email with the problem you are having and I'll see what I can do to help.

6. I wanted to give some product feedback, how do I do that?

You can submit product feedback here.

7. Do you offer discounts to students and teachers?

Yes I do!  Email me from a school account and let me know what you need.  I'm more than happy to provide discounts to non-professionals.

8. What license should I buy?

If you are an individual and will use the product yourself, you can buy the Individual license. If the product will be shared with others then please purchase the agency license. For enterprise level teams that will share the product throughout an entire company or team of designers, please purchase the enterprise license.

9. Can I resell your products?

Uhhh, no. No you can't.

10. How do I get product updates?

I sell all of my products on Gumroad, which handles updates automatically.  Any product updates will be emailed directly to you at the email address provided when you made the purchase. If you need to change your email address, shoot me a message and I will update it.
